Holy thread revival !
Erm, even if it was a very good quality psu, with oc`ing, I`d be very reluctant to advise some1 to use 400-500w psu with that setup.
Sure I may do it myself if I had confidence in a psu - but this is the advisory game, and I`d have to base my advice on writing to all the drives and optical at the same time - there`s 125w alone. The oc`d cpu and gfx running at max, and add a very small overheard.
I`d probably advise 600/650+ tbh.
