And ive had these tats for about 5 years man. You must have been away a long time, I dont think anyone has seen my hands and arms on here before, not something ive posted i dont think.

This is my pride and joy of this build, THE SIDE PANEL!!! 12 Hours of slavery, boredom (quite relaxing tbh) and a bloody sore hand and digits from filing with needle files and slipping.

oooh....that white/purple contrast looks stunning. and the side panel is so cool...though i guess al that effort is what makes the result so satisfying...laser cutting just isn't the same.

Is that purple stuff acylic :s... where do you buy it from i was in B&Q and for like a 1mx1m sheet of clear acrylic it cost around £40 what a rip off lol

and how do you bend it :S? im guessing u just used a lighter on the edge?

EDIT: one more thing, what is that white spray for? and what isit? just ordinarry spray paint

The purple acrylic i bought from ebay for about £15 iirc. Its only 3mm thick as i dont need it to be too strong. Originally it was for another build but then i used it for this one.

The spray paint is standard Plasti-Kote Matt Super spray, with Primer Super underneath, then that Metallic purple is going on top. Should hopefully have that done tonight, but i may leave the white to cure and harden a bit more first.

BTW, I originally bent the acrylic with an old iron, alot of time and luck.

When I was doing acrylic bending in high school used to weight one end and use a straight end the my Mum's hairdryer.

Perfect straight edge and quick.

Acrylic has probably change in the last 10 years though

That is a gorgeous side panel. If you cut that out you have some real talent.

Notice the Aqua Aero and Multiswitch covers below too. Are they for the two 5.25" bay holes?

It should all be finished tonight I'm hoping.

I havent got the finances to completely finish it off how i would like to, BUT, all being well, im going to buy another one of these cases and mod it for my bro as i have had so much fun doing this one, im now hooked on these cases. (If i can find one that is.)
