Should throw in some white lighting to give the red some contrast and further bring out the little details, other than that nice rig!

No pink would make it pinkish
White leds just well.. make white light. No if its super super bright then it may make them look pink but at normal levels it would not.

The reason that we see colours is because they reflect light (don't see colour in the dark, do we?). White light will enhance that effect and make the colours seem brighter.
Doesn't work that way on black, so PCBs will remain unaffected unless they are brown.

black doesn't become grey does it?
no I'm not being mean or whatever, just teaching through your own knowledge
