So my SR-2 build turned out to be something completly diffrent than what i imagined at the start, so i desided to start a new threath.

This will be a build to show just how much you can stuff in to a define r3 case

Update!

Just got the gpu waterblocks.

Need to get shorter screews to the backplate or make som spacers, to make the backplate and gpu block work together, but they will!







And one thing i noticed when taking the phantom cooler apart:

Thats some sort of oil, that explains why the card runns hot as hell!
What the heck are gainward thinking?


And now for some cleanup, why is it so f'ing hard to ceep everyting organized?

Allways shorts like that ^^comfy as hell.

Well, I usaly need a wack load of time to get things done, so I will gradualy go down that list, and problaby in some odd order.

The card is going under water annyway, so no need for replacement. I'm curious to see if the second card is like that to. If so its done on purpose.

Oil can be conductive or non conductive. Conductive oil on the card would be well worth sending it back. Did you measure the conductivity of that material yet?

Naaah, the card works, so no need to send it back, that would just delay the project, i might send them a angry mail, asking what the heck they are doing.

And no, never tried kilt, and i dont think i will.
I dont like the idea about wearing a skirt

Got the ram and psu!


Now i need to make it pink
