Little Up

Updated the PC: took a lucky Q6600 instead of the Q8200 and swapped the mobo from an ugly red MSI to a shining black Biostar TPower I45, one of the best mobo for overclocking.

Also in this week i will have a huge update...

Here it is the huuuuuuge update

Laser cutted some parts, need to do some modification, i misdesigned the mobo tray, the little piece need to be folded on the other side :\

Proceeding with all the work! Posting some photos, nearly finished, i need to do a second coating, some more holes and then i must say it's finished! Today had arrived my new SSD a Crucial M500 128GB and a 1.5TB WD Green HD.

Tomorrow morning i'm going to do the second and last coat to all the pieces and then i think i will mount the pc inside... I only have to do some more little things but it's very close to completion...

Wow that CPU cooler is tight to the PSU, do you overclock at all? Dumping excess heat into the PSU won't be good.

Yes, really tight! I do overclock the cpu but the cooler it's only temporary, i'm waiting for a liquid cooling setup...

So, i think it's almost complete, i'm waiting for some fans and some accessories and i must do a general cable management

Attached the plexy to the right door and over the top. I had to do some changes to the original mod, on the front i would have had a door but after some thinking, that wasn't going to work so i cut the piece and this piece will go on the front as i will show in the next update.

Cables are a mess now. But i will make a general cable management after i finish with everything or i will do it every time...

Update:

BitFenix sent me some fans and alchemy cables to go along with the build, here are the photos!

Keep in mind that i need to do a cable management, maybe i'll do it next week!
