So, here I am again asking more questions :D I am looking for a piece of Aluminium or some hard plastic to cover up my PSU in my case to make it a bit more cleaner looking :) Is there any place I can buy one of the already made or would I need to make one myself ?

Here is a pic incase you don't fully understand.

I also like the HDD cover up in that pic too, I may be tempted :D

Thanks, Dario.

DO you know how I could get an angle like that without damaging the actually Aluminium ? Also, do you know a place where I could buy a piece of Aluminium this big ? Thanks.

upto you i just gave you an example to bend it you would need to make a "brake" theres videos on youtube on how to make a diy sheet metal brake.

tbh you probably wont need 40inch by 40inch you would also need a dremal to cut it to size and if you want the carbon fibre look you will need 3M dinoc and a hair dryer/heat gun also vids on youtube on how to apply it etc..

could also do it with plexi but better off talking to some of the other modders who work with it i mainly work with wood until i was injured at work i used to make oak and pine furniture wardrobes and chairs mainly :D

Yeah I got a dremel and also got some dinoc laying around somewhere, will have a look at those vids on YouTube tomorrow :) Sorry to hear about your injury :( Thanks for your help Gouki :D

you wouldn't need any thicker. its not a load bearing support for anything, just for "looks".
you could go thinner and make it managable to bend yourself with wood and c-clamps.
you'll not want to marr it because the vinyl "feels" the imperfections and shows them.

So 0.5mm would be perfect ? How do I go about bending it though ? If I do it by hand will not create a long bend instead of a sharped bend ? (Sorry if you don't understand what i mean lol)

Thanks man :) Will order this somepoint during next week, Thanks for your help guys :D

So i got my Aluminium and dinoc today :D Question , how can i make sure it stays in place inside the case incase i move it and it moves and hits my mobo ?

velcor tabs, metal tabs, screws/nuts..
many an idea on attachment..
need a pic to see the connection or overlap points..

I have not made the bends on it yet, I am either going to do it tomorrow or the day after. I will post pics when I have made the bends and then when I cover in dinoc.

I am going to do a mock in cardboard and I wont cover it till i am 100% sure it fits and i am happy with it
