Planning inside the case

Sup guys. I'm having a little problem planning my wc system, so I hope you guys can help me to figure this out. I want to use watercooling for my 3770k and both 670. My case is a haf x.
My plan is to buy the xspc d5 rx360 kit and, as Tom and other people I asked said, I need an extra 240mm rad. I will show you 2 pics with the plans (if you have any ideas on how to improve this, dont hesitate to comment) :

My question is, would the plan1 perform better than the plan 2?

My goal with the first plan is to, obviously, get the water cooled before it goes to the graphic cards, but as far as I know, the temperatures won't differ much from the moment the water enters the cpu and leaves the 2nd graphic card, since the pump flow rate is high, so the plan2 would be equally as good.

Also, if for any reason I cant fit a 240mm rad in the front (I will remove those hdd supports), would a 200mm rad be able to do the job?

Do it the tidy way.....

The 240 rad wont fit in the front without mods.

IMHO - change the case. Switch 810 or the Trooper/Stryker with my roof mod.

yeah, what Tom has suggested would be a better plan. not to be just buying parts to be buying
parts, but to stratigize the layout. you are on the right path, but to comfortably shoe-horn
all those components and keep it looking clean and crisp the better case might prevail.
being the 810 or Trooper/Stryker cases.
not saying it can't be done (and it has been a lot of times) but for simplification and keeping the
interest the latter cases are better. have you checked out Shadow H2O? its a 932 platform
but so, so close...

If you want to work with your case, few suggestions.

1) You're going to have to cut the bottom of the optical bay to fit the 240mm rad through it. Otherwise, you can go with a 200mm rad.

2) The layout on your bay res is way off. The things only take up about 1/4 of the optical bay. As a result, it's a lot tidier to have the fittings from the 360 radiator right above the res. This allows you to conceal most of the tubing. A shot from my build so you have an idea:



3) If you do end up going with the 200mm rad on the bottom, what you could do is cut a hole in the bottom of the optical bay just to route the tubing through it so you dont have to go out and around.

4) If you don't mind mixing and matching brand radiators, consider the Alphacool Monsta 240mm. It gives you performance similar to a 360mm RX series. That will help keep both of your GPU's down without having to spin your fans up.

If you take the time and don't 'make do', and instead make things work with the tidiest possible loop, you'll end up with a much better looking final build. Rather than suffering from the 'octopus' syndrome, you have something that looks like this:
