Phew i finaly made it in here .

Hi my name really is stephen ( was feeling brain locked on name ) , glad to have finally made it onto the forum , Tom asked me to join about 4 years ago so i am sort of on schedule for my time frame .

I like to game , have fiddled at building pc's , i also play around with my scooters , infact anything that can come to pieces i am likely to take to pieces at some point . not always so succesful at putting them back together as they should be but hey .... i am learning . i still run a water jet which is how i met tom in the first place but with a new employer , i think hellfire was the first of our adventures together .

Just about to embark on electronics , not my favourite area , looking to do a laser marker hack and from that jump to a cnc router/engraver . then using that i hope to be in the 3d printing world as soon as possible . might even get around to building my own water jet one of these days .

Hence the re ignited interest in computers . i am still running the rig i had when i first met tom . lets just say the last few years have been a bit turbulent .

Welcome to the forum, better late then never :lol: .

Best of luck with those future plans, 3d printing is a thing I find very interesting, as is general disassembly and reassembly of pretty much anything really (that is why I became an engineer I suppose).

Do you have any plans of upgrading your rig in the near future? or a case mod perhaps? I hope life is treating you a little better now.

new rig is on the cards and the new job pays what i consider a living wage , i am hoping to get out of the dark ages for sure . i hear legends of ssd and more than 4 gb of ram . whats more i like it . going to need to be able to crunch 3d models while i research debate and play .
