Peltier cooling lanparty nf4 sli

Turns out that the Maze 4 with Peltier is only good for the lower VGA card on DFI SLI MOBO, I assume that if you fill the lower PCI slot that it won't fi there either.

What we need is something like the koolance/Innovatek 6800 water block with peltier cooling - the smaller bore required may offer enough space to fit one of those puppies.

However, it's agreed that an 80w pelt is insufficent to effectively cool the 6800GT and above.

apparently xfx and asus caads dont have cold boot issues

its only asus cards, as asus use there own temp monitor

I think with heat output of CPU's reported to become less of an issue over the next year or so, an SLI chilly one would be the puppies privates.

Looks like you are right my friend - I looked but could not find any information regarding the peltiers though??

The pelts will add another 1/4" to the thickness, anyone knwo if there is still enough room after that??

They make a complete water block for the Asus board which looks smart .
