Opteron 150 Arrived.

Well, My Opty150 and SLI-DR are here, just waiting on my A64 TDX from EP-UK, should be here either today or tomorrow.;)

Its a CABGE so i am not expecting anything special, but i will do my best lol. Does any1 have any educated guesses to how high I can take it on water? :)
 
3ghz would be a good initial goal i think

just a heads up, your sig needs spaces in between description and item...as some of them have turned into pics :D
 
I had a 146 that was a CABGE and that went from to 2.2 to 2.7 on air fully stable. thing is from the same batch i saw people getting 3.1 with them, so i know many say its the worst stepping out there but if your lucky it can actualy be one of the best aswell.

So my fingers are crossed for you :)
 
3ghz should be your aim IMHO - Any more will be a bonus. Of course if it's really disappointing - there is a proven WK13 FX55 is the classifieds.

***UPDATE*** TDX Waterblock has just arrived. Super service from EP-UK. This means I can play tonight, and finally get to use my 7800 512's, wOOt!!

LOL nearly there mate. I think it's fair to let you spam seeing as the first 42 posts were genuine and you didn't even know what got you into the classifieds until I said and also you seem like a good bloke. Oh and you might buy Scorchio's FX and I think the mods won't mind helping Scorchio out like that.

Ok, Got it setup, (I hate those SLI jumpers pffff). If anyone can get hold of SLI-DR experts please let me know :).

Anywayz, managed to get it to 3000Mhz but i cant bench @ this yet:



and ran a AM3 @ 2600Mhz:



and a 1mb SuperPI:



need to fiddle with the bios a little more. There are so many more bios options compared to my Intel. (need to figure out what a lot of them actually do lol) :rolleyes:

Try running a mem divider 133 1st to make sure its not ur mem holdin u back.

is that under water or on air..?
 
its under water atm. I just had a quick play last night. Need a good seesion to play with all the setting. Will try that divider tonight.
 
That AQM3 score needs some work - I get that with one card :O

sweet overclock though - time to start 'tweaking' though, some more volts should add to your stability. Use the special VId control and increase by percentage of stock value.
