New project, parts arriving this morning!

Right, just taken some pics of the boxes and what not. Time for one last gaming session with my beloved dual core! *wipes a tear from his eye*

Lol I almost did :P I was really busy the day they arrived and today, but I have a day off tomorrow So I will get some pics uploaded for you lot :) They aren't great, but I don't have a proper camera lol

Right I said I would, and it's a bit late, but here we are!

My lovely case, hiding inside this box. The box is small compared to the one my TJ07 came in.

Overclockers dream. Cheap as chips compared to the 980X.

THE best x58 motherboard?

This is my inbetween cooler before I go watercooling.

My first batch of 1600MHz ram. Gonna add another 6 when I have the money.

Sleek and Elegant. And Massive.

It's like a Swiss Army knife, but better. MUCH more manly.

And Intel think that this will be fine for cooling the CPU...

I will take some more soon when I get a better camera (namely my fiances one)

Lol it's weird how similar the build I'm doing is to yours :D Can't wait to see it all set up. You gonna do any modding to the case at all? Cosmetic or otherwise?

one word - awesome :)

Cheers XD

Yeah the case was a dream to work with. I only wish there was another hole in the motherboard tray for cables below the slot on the side, but oh well. The fans are so large that they are almost pulsing as they are running at exactly the same speed.

Not doing any cosmetics as of yet, but I would love to get the inside powder coated, and it turns out there is a place about a ten minute walk away that does stuff like that, so I will have to pop in and see how much they charge :D

Unfortunately I haven't noticed a damn thing lol. My other rig wasn't slow for what I wanted, this is a future proof build for me really. I reckon when I get my SSD I will see a difference though.

Seeing as you might want it powder coated in the future, you could probably just cut a nice hole in the tray for extra cabling if you desire it.

Lol we want numbers! You need to throw Crysis (or similar) at it lol.
