New project car

Can never get enough fastback! PV if you get that I want HUGE HI-RES PICCARS! :)

And a recording of it reving. Sorry to the guys into the Jap cars but they seem so boring to me. :(

An engine shouldn't sound like a whistle... it should PUURRRRR!

i dont drive a jap car, i just want one

i do like the sound of the ford GT's engine, closest to american muscle i'll go..

and i drive a vauxhall corsa C ...so..

its silent on the inside unless i rev it ...

lol, we should probably stop threadjacking now :p

back on topic, i think thats a mustang...but the pic aint clear enough..

I can remember when I was younger a guy in the village had a black and blue mustang with big wheels, you could here it for miles commong up the road.

y'see i wouldnt want that in a car

i like a nice gentle purr

and to know my car can do somthing known as a corner :p

Oh sorry i forgot to mention what it was! :p 73 Mach1 to replace my 68 Mustang. And your still missing the point. I can buy a stock 428 put it in this car (Or even my Mustang) and use the extra cash on a modern suspension and still go faster than your jap car with the highly tuned 4 banger that will prolly blow its pistons if you use NOS to keep up with me ;) And dont we forget, we can put NOS on our cars too and our Iron blocks can handle multiple uses of it :worship: but lest we not turn this into a jap vs euro vs Emerica car. Im only showing what im getting as a project car to the ones who actualy appreciate the rumble of Detroit Thunder

lol I would love a fast car whether it's jap or american but if you really want speed, just get a nice bike which straight outta the box will pretty much beat anything on the road and you could buy like 3 for the same price as a car haha :D

then get an engine that isnt some heffing great 4.7 litere V8 or any other super power like that

get somthing like a 1.6 streight 4 or 6, and tune it

honda civic engine, 1.6 litere, my friend got 240 BHP out of

it can be done...

ionicle, stab yourself in the eye with the nearest sharp object for even suggesting that, please.

and a 4.7l v8 is a tiny v8...... The motor in that car right now is 7.5l v8.

PP, not sure why you wouldnt just strip that motor to a short block and rebuild what it's got. Tons of potential for little money sitting under that hood.

you try running anything over a 2 litere engine in britain

you wouldnt be able to aford it

beside's, anything over about 2 litere is excessive anyway..

anything 2 litere or so, can be tuned to give upto 500 BHP anyway..

More pics PP? Looks like a very nice project, did ya pick it up?
No will explain later in this post mate.

Thanks dude. I dont like 460s, they are dogs man and that car was made to handle no more than a 429 big block. The actual car is supposed to have a Boss 302 in it.

Wrong. I live in America buddy, so really speaking Brit stuff here isnt gonna work for me. I have a 200cu I6 in my 68 Mustang for the everyday drive and this (Or was) gonna be my racer for drag and street. And tuning a 2l to 500bhp will cost more than buying myself a 428 Cobra Jet that can do that with a couple hundred bucks and wont last as long either because of the aluminum block.

Anyways, to answer Matts question no i will not be purchasing this. Me and my dad went to check it out and the whole under carriage is suffering from serious rust. If i ripped any kind speed my bottom end would cave. The shock towers are seriously cracked becasue of the extra weight and no support ect. You get the picture.

Im thinking about buying a 94 Supra i saw though

Edit:

Ok well i found an excelent deal idk if i can pass up. If my bank will give me a loan im jumping on this straight away. Skipping past the project car thing.
