i have not used pc specialist before if eny one els has then can they let me no how thay are

My friend had poor experience with his. It's recently died after two years despite paying ~£1500. The chassis they used for it isn't particularly well made.
I'd say look at lenovo, MSI, Dell outlet Alienware (if you're immune to Alienware jokes), Gigabyte or scan's.

One of my mates has something similar to this and his actually looks pretty good in terms of quality.

I would definitely look at the MSI Gaming Series just to see if they can do anything for around the same price.

I do think you've possibly wasted a fair amount of money in this though. Things like the hard drive RAM you'd save money (and probably get better quality parts) if you bought it without those and then bought them elsewhere to put in yourself.

Also something like £9 on a minuscule amount of thermal paste (I'm assuming you don't even get the tube with it(?)). You might as well go for the free option and then put some better stuff on yourself.

And £39 for 5 day dispatch? You really in that much of a rush?

If it were me, I'd most likely get something similar to this, but just get the barebones. You can pick up laptop processors very cheaply on ebay so you'd save money there, and I've already mentioned pretty much everything else. The graphics card you'd most likely have to get it from them. I know they don't offer things like that on their website, but I'm pretty sure they do over the phone. It's worth an ask anyway since it might save you like £200.

i prefer to get a laptop that is already built i am not that confident to mess around with the internals of the laptop apart from changing the memory hdd which has easy access to

as for £39 for 5 day dispatch i plan on getting the laptop around about middle of July and from what i have heard it took about a month or so for some people to get thare laptop on the standerd delivery

might look in to the msi gaming laptops on overclockers they look good

the main thing i am looking for in the laptop is

at least 17" screen
good graphics card to connect 2 24" external screens
support for normal hdd and ssd drives

not bothered about trying to save money just cant go more than £1200

now looking at this one http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=LT-133-MS&groupid=959&catid=1828MSI GS70 2PC-074UK Stealth 17.3" True HD LED GTX 860M 2GB 4700HQ, 12GB DDR3, 128GB SSD, 1TB HDD - Windows 8.1

The MSI range is better value than this. The GS70 would be spot on for you. I can vouch for the build quality of these notebooks.
