New ADSL router needed

I have been using a Netgear DG834G for less than two years but it's coming to the end of its life I feel

It keeps failing when my sister comes home from uni (Dropping LAN and WAN connections)

I am looking for a new ADSL router and eBay is on my list

Opinions please for under £100

I got a router with the same chipset etc as the DG834GS for £10 incl postage on ebay

I had to hack the firmware a bit as it was locked to a certain network, but it is excellent now has some extra features like bluetooth aswell lol bargain at £10.

You can change the SNR aswell for higher/lower sync speeds etc and I found an excellent program which connects thru telnet to it, giving you info and more options

I'm getting brilliant ping times aswell

zyxel, netgear prosafe (bout £130ish though). These are ones that have worked really well in schools in the leicestershire area. It's pretty hard for people to recommend wireless stuff as imo it depends more on your location, hence why you read some people saying "this router is crap" and the next saying "no it's not, it's been rock solid for me"

Just trying to say that you will need to test a few diff makes out if possible.

The router has been fine solid wifi through out the house on my laptop sisters laptop gets crap signal

It just seems like my netgear DG834G cant handle

desktop on LAN, sisters desktop on LAN, My laptop on wifi, sisters laptop on wifi and I had torrents running as well

I can vouch for ZyXel - my prestige has been rock solid for over 2 years and has never needed a reboot.

Belkin works absolutly fine for me, was easy to set up, once set up, never needs anything doing to it
