Dunno anything about Belkin products, but I'd rate their brand name above Netgear's own if that matters.

I'm happy with my Linksys WRT54GS, but it is the original version before they cut the hardware in half and changed firmware. Would definitely suggest avoiding SMC like the plague though... I so wish I'd paid more the first time around for this Linksys instead of buying that SMC router.

Owned a Netgear DG834 and now a DG834G and both have been rock solid stable.

Dont have any reason to choose another brand
