So according to my local hospital who randomly sent me a letter today which I'm meant to give to my doctor, I have heart stents and I've had a heart attack and a few other issues... yet the issue is I haven't got any of those things, They've mixed my records up with someone else.
I've been to my doctor, Getting an appointment that wasn't over the phone was a battle in itself, And according to him it's all correct and based on tests done a few weeks ago... the issue is, I haven't had any tests done and I'm quite sure I'd remember having a heart attack and going to hospital to have a stent put in,
I've talked to the doctor and people in the local hospital but getting these removed from my patient record seems to be an impossible task that no human on this planet is capable of doing.
I've heard similar stories from other people, Even my own dad is down has having all sorts of issues that he simply doesn't have.
It's sad that incompetency has become the norm in the UK.
Anyone else got a similar experience ?
