N00b question about moving Windows

Hello all, I recently got another SSD (128gb). I currently have Windows installed onto my Samsung SSD (250gb) and I would like to move it onto my 128gb ssd. Is this possible without having to delete and re install windows ?

Aoemi disk partition manager can do that for you. but if you are moving it to a smaller hard disk you would need to delete files off the 256gb one so it wont take to much space.

Cheers mate !! Yeah I need to delete stuff from it anyway. Just wanting to take the OS over then sort everything else onto it when its done
