My Rackmount Project

Heres a little update.

Finally finished the front rack, looks quite good as well. It consists of a CD/RW drive, Card Reader, Hard drive caddy with a 320gb HDD and a 60gb HDD behind the mesh on the right.

Still trying to find a Mobo though.

As you can see im really going to need to do some cable tidying when its completly finished.

Im afraid there isnt really much to update you with currently, still trying to find a motherboard for it. Finding a 939 board with at least 3 pci slots that is reasonable performance at a reasonable price seems to be a challenge within its self.

Well,i have been watching Asus A8n and Dfi Lanparty boards but the versions with 3 pci slots. An asus would be my first choice though.

dfi lanparty ultra d -cant remember how many slots thats got!

biostar nf4 ast-thats got 3 pci,1 pcie,1 agp

also got an opty 165

2gb of ballistix ddr500 (4x512)

2gb of gskill ddr500(2x1024)
