Ok so far i´m just Stable at 2700Mhzs (9x300) at 2.5-4-3-6 2.8Vdimm (overvolts to about 2.88Vdimm) and 1.54Vcore, not so stable at 2.5-3-3-6, so for 24/7 use will be happy with my actual 2.5-4-3-6......... 
This picture is from the same sys but at higher Vcore and higher Cas (when improving step by step down to its actual and stable 1.54Vcore and cas 2.5-4-3-6)
With my watercooling system (Storm G4 and BIX3) i´m only at 32.5º Centigrade at idle just now with ambient temp at 28.6º Centigrade.....Very happy now.........trying to stress the cpu to find the highest Cpu temp........and it´s......38ºCent

Idle Cycle limit = 16
Dskew control = Decrease ( in bios )
Dskew Value = 64
Dram Drive Strength = 7 or 5
Dram Data Drive Strength = 2
And then try 2.5-3-3-6 or 2.5-4-3-6 and tell me if it helps in performance at all .

ive done about 305 mhz on my gskill TCCD at 2.5-3-3-6 benchstable.
But alot of these settings also depend on your cpu's mem controller.
If you cant run DDR600 at 2.5-4-4-7 then you can actually RMA your ram since thats its specs already. Cas of 3.0 will hurt ur bandwidth too much. Its absolutely not worth it.

I dont have problems at 2.5-4-3-6 at all....even at 306 1:1.......i just got instability with your settings:
