. I would love to have better upspeeds but this is the best my ISP can offer atm.

Great work man, I'm truly amazed. The paintjob looks good and I dig the concept.

Thanks fellow Norwegian

Done with drilling holes and it is now screwed togetter properly. I have used levelling compound in the screwholes. Must do that 2-3 times because the compound shrinks. Will sand it tomorrow and prime it one time underneath.

Some progress on the backside of the housing. Really starting to be a nice smooth surface and nice edges. Was sanding outside this afternoon but after 1,5h it began to rain.

I bought a delta sander for sanding where my cut outs are. It will also be handy when it comes to sanding in the corners.

Its pretty time consuming and i really want it to be perfect before i start painting it. I also got notice of a package from

One more package is on its way, and i expect it to arrive somewhere in next week.

Backside update.Tonight ive been sanding the inside of the cutouts by hand with 180/240 grit. Earlyer today i had the house oustide and got ridd of some minor edges. I also used the new delta sandingmachine, and its very nice.

It is now becoming very smooth (i think)and almost ready for painting. The things i need to do next is to sand the backside one more time with the finest grit i got, and i also got 3 very tiny places i need to fill in with some levelling compound.

2-3 days more with sanding then i start to paint the outside.

. Yeah it snows some now and then, but this winter is so mutch nicer than last winter we had(blizzards and 20-30 below). Tonight it snowed a few centimeters but hopefully no snowing tomorrow as i plan to be outside sanding again. I got pretty cold from being outside 3-4h today

. I was going to take some pictures from todays efforts but i didnt get the time, sorry. I think if i get two more days with sanding, i'l be done on the outside on wednesday. Will try and get some pics tomorrow.

No rain and no snowing. - 2 ouside and not windy. Bloody perfect

Found some of my snowscooter gear to help keep me warm. Been out since 09.00 this morning and there is only fine sanding left on the outside. Im very exited on how the primer will look. If im not exhausted tonight, i will start painting it
smile.gif

Il throw in a few pics after im done sanding:

started with first coat of primerpaint. the paint was thick so im gonna have some water in it so it becomes thinner and easyer to manage. I will sand some between each coat. Got some 240 grit for it.
