Indigo Violence - X399 Threadripper build

Greetings humans! I figured I'd post up a rig thread, since I recently finished building a Threadripper system for the first time. This was a difficult build, some money was wasted, but it all worked out in the end. I've been working on this for the better part of two weeks, and it's pretty much complete. There will be some lighting tweaks for sure, but it's 99.8% done. :D

I named it Indigo Violence, since the coolant color I used was EK's Cryofuel in Indigo Violet. The violence part is because I wanted to kill this thing about 200 times during the build. :D

The Specifications:
AMD Ryzen Threadripper 2950X 16-core CPU
Gigabyte Aorus Xtreme X399 motherboard
64GB (4x16) G.Skill TridentZ Royal Silver 3600mhz CL16-16-16-36
Zotac 1080TI Amp Edition GPUs x 2
ADATA SX9200 Pro 2TB x 3 in RAID0 (just for giggles)
EVGA G2 1000W Gold PSU
Lian-Li PCO11 Dynamic XL Case (white)

The Cooling:
Watercool HeatKiller TR4-Pro CPU block (black)
Watercool HeatKiller GPU blocks / back plates (black)
Watercool HeatKiller 150ml reservoir with D5 pump mount (black)
Darkside LP360 slim radiators x 3
Darkside 16mm hard tube fittings
Darkside angled adapters / extensions / rotaries
Bitspower Crystal Link 16mm acrylic hard tube
EK Cryofuel coolant (Indigo Violet, but I added some blue dye)
Fractal Design Prisma AF12 120mm PWM RGB fans x 7
Darkside Gentle Typhoon 120mm 3-pin fans x 3
Barrow flow meter / temperature meter
Home-made extensions for motherboard / GPU power
And a partridge in a pear tree!

Now onto the pics!

Looks outstanding, very nice subtle lighting. Great to see how a simple design can look so good. Why the RoG sticker ? :P

Great Job there Bart and a great choice in case, Lian Li really have created such versatile enclosures with the Air/Dynamic series - also, I do muchly envy you the twin 1080Ti's (I refer to my 2080 as a 1080Ti MK2 lol).

I ducked out on water cooling this time around to focus on working on the chassis itself, to be honest the temps are pretty good with just a 360 AIO on my 3900X; also, long periods of PC downtime aren't an option just now with the PC being used for work (the AIO was the quick and easy option).

Once again, looking good there my man

Thank you kindly gentlemen, appreciate the kind words!

Tom: when are you taking the hard tube plunge Guv? A killer black / white build with some proper white light would look pretty sexy, just saying. :D

Warchild: that comes with the case, NOT my idea, LOL! Sadly it's not a sticker I can just peel off either. The lighting needs a bit of work, particularly around the reservoir. I have a weird BLUE glow coming from some angles, yet the RGB strip is set to purple.

23RO_UK: it is a nice chassis, but even the XL is smaller than you think once you start cramming stuff in, LOL! Those are 3 of the slimmest radiators on the market, with only one set of fans each, yet things are TIGHT in many areas. But I still love it. Even managed to fit an oversize EVGA 1000W PSU in that thing (barely). Some days I wish I could be happy on air or with AIOs. This build would have been DAYS instead of WEEKS. :D

Many thanks for the kinds words gents! I did put some thought into the color scheme. After doing a white / purple build, I wanted to see how black / purple would look. Love em both, but I much prefer the black combo.
