Think i got everything now except new MB and cpu. I havent started to assembly the housing yet. Got work this weekend, so il probably start on monday morning with that part.

Ok, ive been up since 06.00 this morning and working on the housing. Ive been filing the frontplank so the acrylic will fit perfectly and not to toutch the bottom of the hosuing. The psu cut out wasnt any good so ive made that one straight. All the cut outs have now been sanded down with dremmeltool. The specs on the wooden plate said 60cm, but it was actually just 59,3cm. So, i had to take off 7mm on the sideplanks. I have glued on the first sideplank now and im waiting for it to dry 2-4 houres. When its dry i will make holes for wooden screws and tie it down properly. I think i will get the time assembly on the front side also. The only problem is that i only have 5 clamps and they are all in use atm

When all the objects are glued and screwed i will use many houres sanding it so it becomes really nice. Thankfully i got freeperiod now, so i hope to get some working done (i just hope everyone stays healthy here at home :-)

Heres what i took off from the psu cut out:

I hope there will be some warmer weather soon. I hate this cold and its not so funny to stand outside and sand down for many houres in -15

Azurite, did you use a chisel to cut out the groove for the acrylic? If so, nice job, it's not easy to get it that consistent with hand tools. A little late now, but get yourself a router!!

Ty all.

Hmmblah im not sure what you ment, since there was some words i am not experienced with.

All sides have been assembled but not everything is screwed on properly(underneath). Also need to put levelling compound in all the screwholes. On the right side i noticed i have to file away a ledge of 2-3mm in the midle area. Thats no problem though. After all it is live material, so some small adjustments is common. There is still many things to do on the inside of the housing. Im making a system for hidden lightning and i also need to make holes for cables. So next parts is to sand down on the outside and add primer on it. The weather here is getting better. Only -2 today, but the wind could always be a problem.
