Music player help ?

Hi dear people of OC3D

I have alot of music in FLAC and will also like to use that on my pc and NOT only on my music system in the house. But i don't know any good and free program to do that whit.

So if any have tryed this before, then i will like to hear it and then it will also make me a more happy Man

FLAC is the why to go, if you will like to hear good music. Mp3 is bad to hear on and on that point i know what i'm talking on My main cave whit music is NOT small

Don't know that program, so will take alook on that and see what it can do.

I'm also using Winamp for FLAC. Technically they're not quite around anymore (they've been closed by AOL) but you can still download the software and rumor has it they've been bought by another company.

Winamp should fit your needs just nicely.

I use winamp simply because the interface is simpler and I have no need for the media library or any other feature, I just want it to play my music. Some people swear by Foobar so give them both a try since they are both free

I know that Winamp can rescan your music folders at startup so you just add the music and it does the rest, but I'm assuming that many other players have this feature...

Yea just as good, haven't bothered to look for another player because I've never had any problems with it and it does all I need. I've seen people complaining that the newer versions are full of bloatware but they let you enable/disable during the install process so I wouldn't really call it that.

have you ever used media player classic? Mpc-hc is a better version of media player classic. It has a lot of advanced features and it is light on resources

It's the best sounding at stock, gets even better with all the plugins and looks as gorgeous as you can imagine :

I personally use RPGWizard's dolby headphone config, and then run the whole thing through WASAPI into a fiio e10

i used to listen to a lot of DnB for about 4 or 5 years, need a break from it.

+1 for Foobar 2K, it's the only music player that can do folder structure properly.
