Moving many drives to one

I'm going to start on a new build soon and I just can't seem to find a good way to move the data from 2 + drives to one big one. anyone can help with this ? I know I have to take into account the amount of used space on each drive, but my pea brain can't get me any further.

Are you transferring your Car drive? The one with the Windows?
Or are you just transferring two data drives?

If it's the latter you can just move it all. Might have to repair some programs so they can update there location path but no big deal.

If you are moving the contents of your system drive with Windows and programmes on it, use something like Acronis True Image to copy this onto your new drive. Once that’s done, just plug all the hard drives into your motherboard and just copy and paste from old to new, using folders to organise stuff.
