memmory issues

Hi, recently i got myslef z77 ud5 3770k and 8gb if Kingston Grey Hyper x 1600MHz memmory, and after instaling OS ive discovered that memmory runs at 1333, so I went to bios set the profile 1 which gave me speed of 1600 at 1.65 v, the problem is that pc hangs up, sometimes even in bios i get odd freezes, seems like any other speed that 1333 at 1.5v and ill get os hang up and only hard reset is the option, I need some help of any one who had same problem.

my Psu is Corsair 650

If there is something like a XMP option in your Bios ( dont know if gigabyte features this ) enable it , that may help you !

yup i did that still frezzes found some advices that u have to set bclk to 100.1 ill give that a try let u all know if it works

i found setting all ram timings manually in my z77 bios fixed some hangs/bootloops.

i had to boot at 1333 then use aida to read the full spd then restart and ram hasnt been an issue since
