Major game running problem

yea, i found the latest bios but cant work out how to flash it, my book says to use a asus system installed, but i aint got that installed

i flashed my gpu bios to no avail, its made it slightly worse

Try playing on some of our servers mate - it might just be the servers you are joining.

since i flashed my mobo bios the games have run sweet but when searching for servers they are all high latency in either css or bf2142, i join a bf2142 server and my latency is 200 but im not lagging with gameplay.

also when i turn my computer on it takes a minute longer to load up and the screen flashes and flickers about 6 times. is this something to be worried about.

I'd download all the latest chipset and graphics drivers.

Then methodically go through this

Remember chipset drivers should be installed first, then nVidia/ATI drivers drivers.

Yep! I agree with Kempez.

Now that you've flashed the BIOS, you may need your ATI™ CrossFire™ Xpress 3200/ULI M1575 chipset drivers updating. Get them from the ASUS site.

Always best to do the whole lot in one go like I did on my A8V mobo, since I did that the performance has gone through the roof

if the game servers list try to filter by ping, make sure it isnt just the servers you are joining that have high ping.

BUT ITS USEABLE NOW, I HAVE UPDATED MOST SOFTWARE NOW,

IT WAS ALL DOWN TO THE MOBO BIOS.
