Linksys WRT610N

Hello folks,

Looking at upgrading from my current Netgear DG834G v2 to something abit more modern and furture proof. Have been looking into the Linksys WRT610N and pretty much 80% sure on buying it, just wondered your thoughts on it or any other similar router. have about £140 to spend on router.

Got one of these prior to christmas. It replaced a wrt54g and to be fair all I've done to this point is done the switch around. It works, I haven't looked into any of the settings in great depth as of yet, but I did notice that it does have a nasty habit of kicking all connections to the net when a wireless connection is on for a while - chances are that's something that needs fiddling with. Up to this point I haven't tho.

£140 seems a little high, do u have a linky to it ?

Oh and the ftp thing on it ala-usb drive is very awesome - I know that much.

WRT350N, was £106 when I bought it from Amazon tho. Freakin $149 now !

Lttle big for what i want. smaller the better, just want to hide it not have some centre piece lol. Although if there was some cool looking router out i might put it on display lol.
