leadtek 7800gt

hi.

got me a new shiny leadtek 7800gt a couple of days ago and its working good.

stock speed 400/500

3d speed is oc'ed to 471/585 and works ok.

is their any program to detect artifacts ?

the gt has 20 pixel lines and the gtx has 24.

the gt has 7 vertex pixel lines and the gtx has 8 vertex pixellines

from the info i have the same gpu (G70) is used in both gt and gtx so i should be able to unlock 4 pixellines and 1 vertex pixellines right ?

anyone know of any good guide to riva tuner ?

they are not stupid, they still own ati They just want to to spend money

No nvidia have disabled the extra pipes at the hardware level I'm afraid

To detect artifacts then get:

ATI Tool, RTHDRIBL...and of course play some stressful games

3dmark06 is pretty good at uncovering artifacts as well... I noticed a few pop up when I pushed my cards too far.

got indication today it might be possible but needs a bios hack.

nothin i will try at this point but will keep an eye on it.

and for the overclocking.

its set to 476/585 and works good in mx vs atv.

gpu hits at most 70celsius with atitool "scan for artifacts" and from what i read its not too high.
