Looking for advice on OC and delidding 4770K

Hi guys and gals,
Recently I decided to get most performance from my gaming PC built on 4770K. I've got two chips
- @4.2Ghz 1.18v
- @4.2Ghz 1.225v

I have troubles going past 4.2Ghz because temperature hits 80ish degree. In one of the PC cooling is really mediocre so I no wonder but in the second I've got prolimatech megahalems with venturi hp140mm on full speed. Enclosure is Silverstone RV05 ( http://i1-news.softpedia-static.com...ase-Has-90-Degree-Rotated-Design-447542-2.jpg ) with two 180mm air penetrators which run on almost full speed, so cooling-wise it's pretty good setup.

So I was wondering if I would take the first chip (@4.2Ghz 1.18v) and delid it replace tim with thermal grizzly (haven't made my mind yet if to use liquid metal or kryonaut) then use super glue and make 4 little dots in the corners of ihs and glue it.
Would my temps go lower? I would be extremely happy if I could hit 4.5-4.6GHz with reasonable voltage. I am not going to for watercooling.

Also one more question about my chips if one makes same Ghz with lower voltage it already means that it is better chip and will go higher or is it still not settled?

Thx
