Just got a 7950 Club3d but have problems

hi, yes it is upto date but it seems to be my psu. i hope corsair can help me because i have no way of buying a new one now

the card should have some leds that will stay up if if doesn`t get enough power. and your old card use just ~20W less than 7950 so are you sure its the psu ? the card use 144W at peak in gaming

when I plug the pcie cables in the PC doesn't even get enough power to start up, the hdd light on the tower doesn't show that its active. I will be taking my full PC to a friends house tomorrow to try his psu and see if it boots up and if it does then I will know for sure
