i need help with water cooling im new to it all

We should continue the watercooling part in your other thread in this one so we can stay on topic in the appropriate section in the forum.

Anyway H100i or H220/320 are the ones i would consider right now for cooling.

ya i know what u mean but the website lists it as Swiftech H20-320 Elite Series Liquid Cooling Kit - Universal Mount (H2O-320-Elite) getting the elite one for the water block it has cause it lights up red

im thinking about just running it to the cpu and maybe the mboard just as a gimmick part and maybe the gpu if the rad can support it all if not maybe just the cpu n gpu i just hope the resevour on the rad is large enough

Well you have to open up the loop and place the coolant in their if you wish to expand. If you really want to expand the loop then in all honestly just go for a custom loop and get better performance for the same money. Otherwise stick to just the CPU.

well see the unit im buying is called a all in one but its not its mainly just a kit
comes with a rad a pump a reservoir fans tubes coolant and fittings
heck ur right a larger rad and just the same block with pump on it is 268 bucks i just need fittings and res and tubings and fluid and im done so u think that apogee drive 2 block n pump will be good enough to do every thing

You should look at the XSPC D5 RX360 kit. Just a little more expensive on ] but the performance increase is much much better. Comes with everything you need, XSPC 360 kit

It would be able to handle 1 CPU/GPU quite well. If you go with this choice(i would) then you need to buy coolant along with it.

im thinking of running a custom loop and getting a reservoir with a d5 on it with the alpha cool white rad like i planed but idk what reservoir or water block to get AquaComputer Aqualis Base for Pump Adapters w/ Nano Coating and Fountain Effect - 450mL i like the way that one has a fountain effect with leds but idk how bad that would be in terms of putting air in the loop

Go with the kit i linked and you on't have to worry about it. The Alphacool and XSPC rads are damn near the same performing rads. XSPC by far has the best kits and getting one means you won't have to worry about anything besides coolant.

This. If xspc had the photon 170 in a kit at the time I placed my order, I would have done this myself. As it is they didn't (only Bay res kits) so I had to purchase everything separately.

ya im gona just get that one and b done with it also can u tell me if a copper water block realy makes a difference and a copper rad also what the max dimensions i need to run a push pull config

This is your first time watercooling and this kit makes it pretty easy to do, which is why i strongly recommend it to keep it all simple.

Don't forget coolant. XSPC have some as well that you can look into.

BTW what will you watercool with this kit? It has potential to do 1 CPU/GPU both overclocked. Anymore than that and you will need another rad.
