Have you looked into the 290x? Cheaper and with a waterblock it comes to the same price as a single 780ti without a waterblock.

Which CPU? 2011 or 1150? And good luck with the motherboard. Mixing metals is not something you should do.

i can get 2 d5 or 2 MCP655

4770k i7 1150

personaly im not a fan of radeons i perfer nvidia know any nvidia cards with factory waterblocks

and the motherboard comes from the factory with a waterblock allready on it

so what brands of say pump and res and rad should i go and fittings and tube

Again that waterblock is a cheapo one. Not something that should go inside a loop. I know it comes with it but does not mean it should be used.

4770k is a nice choice though if only gaming stick to a 4670k.

Might want to reconsider that nvidia preference, AMD is a much better choice these past 2 generations of cards. Don't need a factory OC unless it is the same price as a stock one, reason being is because your watercooling-- don't need the extra speed since your doing that yourself. Also because reference designs are 90% of the time the only ones you can watercool and OC cards sometimes use different PCBs.

Brand wise depends. For a pump it depends on what kind you want as many are a pump/res all in one. Rad wise my personal preference is Alphacool. The ST,XT,UT, or Monstaa.

asus has a wacky radeon card that uses water/air to cool it ares2-6gd5 idk bout the ares but the hd7990-6gd5 is just sexy looking or i may get a 290

Better off with a 290. If i recall they are both about the same price? If so then a 7990 will perform better sometimes. 290 will be consistent and in the future can be upgraded to a 290 in crossfire giving far more performance than a 7990.

didnt think about that should i got xfx or asus with radeon iv allways went nvidia so idk what company makes better radeon ards

MSI,Asus, Gigabyte make cards for both teams. Asus tends to be the best overall. Go with the one of the three brands i mentioned. Other vendors sometimes use lower quality memory to get a slightly cheaper retail price.

For a GPU waterblock a koolance 290/290x is the only full sized one available. Also looks the sexiest.

you know after all the thinking i could just get a realy realy good air cooler for the cpu and not over clock anything and i should be fine on cooling with 9 fans at 95 cfm and 2 something static pressure

Seriously have to make up your mind. You've switched at least twice already. Making it difficult to help when i've already provided advice dude.
