Dav0s, have you changed your refresh rates for your monitor lately? if you have set it too high you will get this sympton especially as alot of LCD screens do not / cannot handle anything over 85MHZ.

Start in safe mode and check change your properties as required, if you have not already tried it.

my monitor tells me when its the refresh rate, and safe mode wont boot
