Utilities like occt and speedfan often misread sensors on certain boards and chipsets. The only program I've found that seems to work on everything is HWiNFO64/HWiNFO32 - it gives very consistent readings on every system I've used it on, and is much more comprehensive that Real Temp.

If Real Temp or Core Temp (my personal favorite) is saying everything is ok, then I wouldn't worry about it. May just be either OCCT isn't reading that sensor right or that particular sensor isn't good. Its obviously not the CPU because it would melt onto the motherboard if it was actually hitting 127C!
