Help needed to OC my i7 3930k Via Asus P9x79 Deluxe

Hello Guys,

I'm still new @ this forums and Happy to get into So I Own already a system With Specifications :

ASUS P9x79 Deluxe
Dominator GT 1.5V 16GB Quad Channel DDR3 Memory (CMT16GX3M4X2133C9)
I7 3930k
Corsair Power Supply Pro S. HX1050
Corsair H100 Cooler With Push&Pull 4 FANS (2 Stock FANS & 2 Noctua NF-F12)

and Until Now Still looking By Google but can't get Success as didn't find the same System with anyone So I hope to get OC from here

Note : That one was my Last and also not stable

So I tried the auto tuning and that get me to 4.9MHZ without stable and tried the Auto with 4.6MHZ without stable Finally used the manual with 4.7MHZ without sable with those details:

Ai Overclock Tuner – Manual
BCLK Frequency – 100
CPU Clock Gen Filter – Enabled
Memory Frequency – made this to the stock frequency 2133
EPU Power Saving Mode – Disabled
OC Tuner – Not touched
DRAM Timing Control – made this as the timings listed on ram 9-11-10-27
DIGI+ Power Control
- CPU Load-Line Calibration – made to High
CPU Performance Settings
- CPU Ratio – made this to 47
- Enhanced Intel SpeedStep Technology –made this to Disabled
CPU Vcore Voltage – made this to 1.3, Started at 1.3v and seen it's not stable then raised it up by 0.025 each time until 1.325
CPU VCCSA – this at default
DRAM Voltage (CHA, CHB) – made to be the same voltage of my ram 1.5v
DRAM Voltage (CHC, CHD) – made to be the same voltage of my ram 1.5v
CPU PLL Voltage – at stock or 1.8v, anyway already the same
VTTCPU Voltage – made this to 1.3, Started at 1.3v and seen it's not stable then raised it up by 0.025 each time until 1.325 (changed with the CPU Vcore Voltage each time) to the same Volt)

Just smashing in settings and hoping for the best isnt the way to do it. Plenty of sandy bridge and ivy bridge clocking guides on the forums. Its all the same for what you need.

Start low and work your way up.

I have a 3930k and an asus sabertooth overclocked to 4.6ghz. Not identical but there shouldnt be much difference in settings. From what I can see the voltage looks a little low. I have mine set to 1.35v in bios which is fine according to intels specs and with a H100 keeps the temps under load within a good range. So I would try that and see if it stable. If so try dropping the voltage slightly to achieve better temps until the overclock is not stable anymore then bump it back up slightly to where it was last stable. If 1.35v is not stable then bump up the voltage very slightly until stable. I wouldn't go over 1.4v for a 24/7 overclock.

I am not sure about this next one as I think I did hear it somewhere but I cannot confirm it and I have no evidence this is the case but I think I heard that the 3930k wont like ram over something like 1600/1800mhz or something. I could be completely wrong and probably am but it may be and idea to lower the speed if you are still having stability issues. As I said though I could be completely wrong on that one but might be worth a try.

Thanks B3rni3 for your reply. So I'll try the CPU Vcore with 1.35 but what about VTTCPU ? keep it @ stock running or same to Vcore ?
