Help choosing semi-hifi headset and soundcard

I thought it was Qpad who had the original design, am I wrong?

http://cdn.ndtv.com/tech/images/gadgets/kingston_hyperx_cloud_headset_comparison_ndtv.jpg - Qpad is a rebrand of Takstar Pro 80 with a mic. I have no idea what the actual difference is of the Qpad and HyperX. The picture indicates HyperX has a detachable mic., but im pretty sure Qpad does aswell.

As to what I ended up buying...
Headphones (in red ofc. )
Soundcard, comes with external mic., so it was a big factor. I hope it performs well.
