GTX 670 Driver Crash under/after load only

I have a pair of asus dcII GTX 670s and had them for about a year now. Cant remember exactly when the problem started but i think it was midwinter.

The card crashes only under load or exactly after heavy load (for example i close skyrim and there you go). First a black screen maybe a flash and then after a few seconds it usually recovers. It gives me the standart message "driver 3xx.xx has crashed[...] and recovered succesfully.

Sometimes only the are a few artifacts exactly before it crashes - random cubes appearing on the image, in some sort of pattern though.

They appear to be somewhat random though. Not every game will crash and not every time, so other than the above stated i really cant find any othe common factor.

I have tried many different versions of the drivers to no avail though, and checked memory aswell with memtest. Memtest showed some errors so i remover the dimm but the crashes kept on going. I will leave memtest running overnight tonight, to chech the rest of the dimms multiple times in case there is something there.

Gpu clocks seem to play no significant role, crashes occur OCed, stock and even UCed.

The crashes also kept happening both in 1080p and now with 2 2650x1440 monitors.

Full system specs are:
Rampage IV Extreme (DEFINITELY didnt need it but loved it)
3930k - stock clocks on an H100
Corsair Vengeance 16gb @ 1600 (yes, quite a stupid buy probably)
Xonar Phoebus
Corsair AX1200 (overkill i know)
-the rest really dont matter i think-

Please, any help would be greatly appreciated, and thanks in advance

Did you try doing a complete windows re-install after adding the 2nd card? or did you install windows after both cards were installed?

Edit: did you move the cards from one pci-e slot to another? or did you try reseating them?

I added the 2nd card a month after the 1st, without reinstalling, but a few months later i also made a clean installation and the problem persisted

Edit: yes, done than too

Edit2: I also have some logitech software installed, some say it causes trouble.. I don't know really
