I would ensure you are running the correct drivers, Call Of Duty Ghosts is so so so poorly optimized my computer can run pretty much any game max settings the old black ops 2 was on full settings and i went to ghosts and I've had so many problems that i'm running on fairly low settings just to make it playable so its a shame that the released such an unoptimized game but we can only hope they will patch it as for your problem i think lowering the settings would be an idea as my 7950 struggles i have a config file i can give to you if you want to try it? also are you using the FOV mod? i can also direct you to that? and ensure you are running of the LATEST drivers. sorry for my slow response i'm useless
