Yup, 100% agree. Having your card at 71 and pretty much silent is great. The hottest my 6850 has got to on auto fans is around the 75 mark, but the difference is that your card is near silent but mine sounds like a Dyson vacuum cleaner

Are you sure the fans don't spin up? Because in most games i notice my GPU fan spins up a little bit, but it's near inaudible.

The only increase in noise when starting a game is a little bit of coil whine / electrical noise from the card. Other than that, it is silent.

If you lot really think this card is fine on temps like that without the fans ramping up, go and buy one, cause it's amazing if you're right

Fans idle at 1230rpm after 5 mins of unigine, the max rpm was 1260, with min at 1200rpm.

I really like the 670, it's REALLY quiet, and i am so anal about fan noise. Even more than TTL i think, i run all my fans at about 4.5-5v

lol, I think I'm the same. All mine are at 5v, apart from the 120mm of the Noctua which is at 7v, and the rear case fan (Silverstone AP) at 7v.
They are great cards - I can see why people favour nvidia over AMD just from using my ears
