Yeah Paypal did the same to me. They froze some money of mine after some bloke said he hadn't received something. I did it via Royal Mail Recorded and it turned up the next day. The arse didn't close the case though and didn't get in contact so I had to wait the whole 30 days or whatever it is for my money back.
