AutoLink can also link package tracking numbers to delivery status, VIN numbers (US) to vehicle history, and publication ISBN numbers to Amazon.com listings.

Address Bar Browse by Name
(Internet Explorer only)

Browse by Name helps you find a site even when you don’t know its URL. Just type the site name into your browser address bar, and Toolbar will take you there automatically. For instance, try typing "oxford" into the address bar to go directly to the university's home page at www.ox.ac.uk.

If you type in something that doesn't have an official home page, like "digital cameras," Browse by Name will automatically show you search results for that term

Well FF already has the small built in search toolbar that defualts to Google, but I guess it wouldn't hurt to check this out :)

Sweet. Used to miss this when I used IE. I'm tempted now & then to go back to it. Firefox uses SO much ram.

Actually...today, I had five tab's open, and it was using ~125MB Page File, and ~65MB Memory. That's way too much.

U running latest version Nick? I've got 5 tabs open and i'm only using 33mb :o

Agreed that FF could manage memory a bit better, but TBH i would rather have a program that used 100mb physical ram and was secure, than a program that used 2mb and was swiss cheese.

Mine's using 48MB!

Mine uses 27mb.

I like this but I won't be using it. I use adblock, tabbrowser preferences, gmail extension and some interpreting one.

jeeze nick if you are that bothtered take the time to actually look at my guide on firefox and it tells you how to limit firefoxes ram usage.

but surely an extra 10mb of ram is better than using IE
