So i frequently read the posts and reviews here though I'm a new member.
Reason I registered is I wanted expert opinions of the wonderful people here to help me with a purchase.
I'm looking to purchase either the Mushkin Enhanced Callisto Deluxe 60GB: Info here
OR the G.SKILL Phoenix Pro Series 60GB: Info here
Both are the same price, and claim the same read/write speeds... Which is why I'm torn of course.
Both are wonderful brands, but as we are all here to get the most " bang out of our buck ", I'm looking to do the same, and find opinions, or facts on which performs better in actual practice.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Or even a cheaper priced better solution. I'm simply looking for a OS drive, and possibly some other basic apps, which is why I'm looking at the 60GB.
Additionally I found : Corsair Nova 64GB For Less..
Or: Crucial C300 64 GBFor More..
I can swing the Crucial C300 if it's THAT big of a difference, though I'm not currently able to utilized the 6gb/s, only the 3gb/s
Note: I'm not using ANY SSD HD currently, so regardless it's an upgrade.
