It's worth noting of course, that most games do not utilize more than 4 cores and even then, the 4 cores usually aren't utilized fully. Other than the minor clock speeds differences, you won't see much of a performance difference in games in comparison to an FX-4300 or an X6 1100T.
For AutoCAD programs you will most likely see a larger performance increase though, with multithreaded applications the 8350 is ahead of the 3570k from reviews I've read.
Having said all that, it's only 15-20% faster than the 1100T so I don't think it'll be worth the upgrade. Your choice though.
