I honestly can't see much difference. Have you tried setting up ClearType?

yes and it doesn't work the broken type is my 5930k and the other clearer type is a 2600k
so i'm thinking either my damn new cpu is shot or my board is shot

The date and time and ENG and the up arrow and the sound icon one is broken up the other isn't

The only thing I can see is that the taskbar looks transparent on the top but not the bottom one.

Aye me either. It just looks like typical LCD really.

Not being funny Exc, but maybe get your eyes tested mate. I need to get hearing aids tbh I end up shouting all of the damn time lol.

I'm wearing glasses and I can see fine with them when I sent msi the pics they noticed the difference but they said it's not the GPU it's something else in the system causing it

I wear glasses and it looks fine to me. As people have said all I noticed was that one task bar was transparent and the other was not.
