i was playing deus ex human revolution this morning and my pc crashed, no idea why. when i restarted it upon windows loading it started playing sounds, which i realised were adverts... i was just watching youtube and it crashed again, same thing happened... is this a virus? i have ran a check but came up blank.

id run a full scan, make sure to clear your browsing data aswell.

did a scan straight away/ but didnt think of deleting history.

AVG free. ran a full system scan including rootkit etc.

temps are fine, when gaming my gpu at about 70-80 according to afterburner, and my cpu runs about 40c ish when gaming,

however i have just found this

same thing dettol advert. only thing in common is skype was also in the background for me, but it was not logged in

You might also want to scan for spyware. Use Spybot S&D from safer-networking
