Was at the gym, Surprise surprise, And started chatting to this really wonderful woman, About my age, Amazing personality, Absolutely stunning, My type, Pale skin like me, Dark flowing hair, Kind of gothic/alternative style, Big dark eyes, Basically a 30 year old Shannyn Sossamon.

Both of us flirting like crazy, I ask her out for a coffee and she says -

"I would love to, I REALLY would as we've got a real spark here, I haven't had butterflies in my stomach in years but I'm leaving for Canada in a few hours as I start a new job in a few days"

And she really was, Showed me her tickets just as proof to show me she wasn't lying.

Completely sucks.

Oh well, I was close, Here's to 8 years single :banghead:

Dude exactly the same thing happened to me

Back in 07 I moved to Ohio and was living with a friend. I started using Yahoo dating, but mostly it was big fat old tanks looking for a father for their kids. I wasn't down with that... Any way, I put on there that I am a big Rob Zombie fan, and like girls with tattoos etc. Nothing happened after a few months so I gave up on it. Any way, I literally leave Ohio for good (nothing was happening there for me) and I get to my friend's house and have an email. I read it, and it is this stunning short haired girl (my type, I hate pulling it out of my butt cheeks in the bath) with blue and black hair, some tattoos and the most beautiful eyes. We were a complete match too, but I had already left.

Life does that.

This has actually happened twice now, This lady and around 4 years ago the exact same situation with a girl I got to know through old friend in the last place I lived, We really hit if off, Sparks flying etc... but she got a job in Australia and left the next day, I checked her Facebook and she did indeed plan it months and months before.

I just have some stinking bad luck ^_^

Wow. An unbelievably bad day.

I won't go into the first part as it's all a bit personal. However, I have been having issues with my Ecig (second thing, first thing too personal) any way, it's been burning coils out within a day. Not good when they are £2 each. The jam donut was amazing and I had a coil in for 8 days on that. The grape though? nightmare. We are talking ten mins. I had the same issues with the swedish fish one too.

So I come home and I want to mix up 50ml of this bubblegum one that doesn't burn coils. The nicotine is too thick though and the syringe breaks and squirts chuffing nicotine all over my keyboard and desk. I wouldn't mind, but it's sticky and it actually stinks nasty. So I had to clean all that up

Then I go out on my bike after pumping £500 into upgrades, only to find the gearing won't work and I will have to change out the back wheel and the drive sprocket FFS.

GRRR. Why you no simple and work?

However, I had a brain wave.. Now it wasn't doing that on the test stand, neither forward or backward. Then I noticed the chain ring had bedded in after riding (I am 18st remember) and I also remembered how I got ripped off with the BB shell.

Basically I order the cranks with a BB, but the guy fails to tell me it is a Trials Bike BB. So it is 127mm wide. The usual size for a BMX is 113 or 108. So basically the main drive ring is way too far away, hence the noise. It is actually touching the frame when you put pressure on it (the chain). So basically I need a new BB. The chain should be inside the dropout, not over it (IE closer to the wheel).

lol dude you pull that brake and your eyes fly out. It is absolutely brutal. Good thing it is not on the front, or I'd have been eating concrete. I chose gum pads and yeah, they are absolutely brutal. I need to put a tiny bit of soap on them to let them bed in without literally locking up the wheel when you feather the brake.

I sold an item on eBay and used a UK based company to organise the parcel pickup, Parcel got picked up and delivered on time, I paid for the parcel pickup but then out of nowhere I got charged again today the exact same amount through paypal.

I contact the company, What sounds like a Londoner with a heavy cockney accent answers then transfers me to an Indian man based in India, As I asked where he was, Who basically told me it was my fault for using their service then hung up on me, Nice !

If you are a UK based company it should be illegal to use out of country call centres for your company.

A local ultra lefty group made up of 20-30 year old women and a few very effeminate boys where I live are "Against US troops being in Wakanda" yep, Let that sink in for a moment.

1 of them saw a clip of the new Avengers movie that showed a fight in Wakanda and then apparently saw a clip of Black Panther, Then came to the conclusion that US forces were invading Wakanda.

I really REALLY wish I was making this up, Some guy tried to explain to them that Wakanda doesn't exist but they just swore at him, Called him a racist blah blah blah, He said all of them looked like they had extremely glazed over eyes, Nothing behind them, I'm hoping it was a massive troll but judging by what I was told they were deadly serious.

This is why incest is dangerous, Scraping the bottom of the genetic barrel makes for people with ultra low IQ's etc....

The Dumb is VERY strong with them, Funny but also a little frightening considering there are a lot of people out there with dangerously low IQ's.

Started fitment of components on my RVI Apex mainboard today. When I unboxed my Evo 960 1TB NVME drive I found... Nothing. Factory seals still on the box, but empty.

Newegg is looking into it and I should have a new drive in a week or so... But I was completely expecting them to be skeptical over a missing drive from an order more than 2 months old.

Well few years back when Russian invaded Georgia, the Georgian state in US had thousands of people panicking calling 911 and also looking out windows trying to find the tanks rolling by.

I've seen other men that have got girly friends that are married or have boyfriends and the guys don't get physically violent with them, Really weird and you can't even talk to them, They look like they have rabies, It's insane.
