So thanks to the Liberals in their infinite wisdom to give everybody jobs by increasing wages I'm losing my job. Now it's not a career job just I'm a 21 year old in college taking some hard classes (Calculus/Physics/etc) working a minimum wage job on the side and now I have to worry about having no job because some dumb idiots think you give more people jobs by raising pay when in fact that's the complete opposite.

What angers me the most is the fact that the company I work for is actually doing quite well according to their past 5 years of financial statements and in order to save "$8 million" a year by cutting my particular job across the country they gain next to nothing in terms of profit when they have a nearly a $1billion market cap and they have been making profit YoY. Seriously just no f'ing point. On my last day I'm going in their and ripping every corporate idiot a new one. Screw them I've always said this company was run by morons but my lord if you wanted to save money why don't you just work the workers less hours rather than cutting them off completely.

May only be a minimum wage job but it's just infuriating to lose it when I have so many other things to worry about in my life.

I am not surprised by it, though. TBH? I don't even think there is a safe job in America any more of any type. All of the jobs I had I was worked like a dog until I could not handle it, then they would cut my hours to make me quit.

It's a really horrible place to work and there is no job security at all. Some of that has translated to the UK but for the most part we won't have being treated like that. I just wonder how much longer that will hold out before we totally give way to greed.

Male suicide has risen over 60% in recent years and I have yet to meet 1 woman in my 32 years that I could say "I trust" the cancer and homewrecker that is feminism aside, Todays women dress like hookers, Act like hookers, Sleep with dozens of men etc... and then wonder why they get treated like hookers.

Agreed. It's people in general not a specific gender.

My partner and I tend to argue quite a lot but some of the comments in here make me appreciate her a little more than I already do.

Dice, tbh mate you are beginning to sound like a misogynist. Seriously, a bad woman can be really bad but I've seen plenty of girls messed around by my mates. More than enough tbh, I got sick of being the shoulder to cry on.

It's about who you pick dude. Plus TBH? once you hit 30 it becomes particularly hard. All of the good decent women by that stage have married, have kids and so on and you're left with all of the ones who either didn't want that or CBA.

I hate saying this because it's kinda harsh, but you will only find a decent widow IMO once you pass 30. If some one has not committed by then they won't want to. And even then if you pick some one who is unstable you face the chance of it not working any way.

My ex did some seriously bad things. Bad as in morals. And I am talking gutter type morals. However, clean slate and a new start, right? well no. Because of course, even though her looks were starting to fall apart she was still that type. When everything was peaceful and calm she would start a fight with any one just to stir up some crap.

Which kinda takes me to the above, all decent women being gone, etc etc. It's not a woman thing though dude. Men are like that too. When I used to go clubbing and play "pull the ugliest bird" etc when I was about 20 this guy used to come with us who was in his 40s. And he was still doing that stuff. Looked like a complete knob, but yeah, was still doing it.

at 50+ i'm saddened by some pf the posts here but at the same time I have to admit it has certainly changed out there and im worried for my daughter (10) when she gets older, attitudes have changed so much its unbelievable both female and male, sure we used to go out on the pull etc but it just seems to have exploded now, and there is no respect for anything.

I dunno man. I do know how hard it is finding a decent honest woman these days but then as I said before I did leave it kinda late. And when I ask myself why I left it late I realised I was too busy getting off my tits on MDMA, smoking blunts and raving my ass off. It was 27 by the time I even thought of getting into a proper relationship and she was too young (18). So I learned from that, and now she's out there jumping out of planes and etc. Good for her tbh, I would have hated to make her feel like she lost a chunk of her life wasted not doing what she wanted with it.

I gave it another chance and wished I hadn't. Damaged goods. They are not fixable.

So now I am just going to abstain. It's not a woman thing, it's a "all the good ones gone" thing. I would only get into another relationship with a woman that was either dumped and came vetted (by friends and family letting me know what she was like in that relationship) and so on.

But TBH? I am much happier alone. I think all autistic people are.

Well firstly on the subject of morals and decency... There isn't much about. Which, from the people who were raised by parents as old as mine is rather shocking. However, that is something taught and if it isn't then there's nothing you can do about it.

However, what I have kinda noticed from your postings is that you expect some one to basically give up their life and dedicate it to you. And you also keep calling them "Western Women". Why? are you an extremist Muslim now?

Remember, life is about expectations. If you go into something expecting too much and then you are disappointed it should not come as a surprise. Why did you even choose a woman so far away? who could clearly hide a whole other life from you and you would have been none the wiser (and weren't, it seems)?

I didn't go into my last marriage expecting anything. In fact, I didn't even want to get married that was how much I gave AF about that. However, I had a decent couple of years and then four crap ones. But the fact is I would have otherwise spent those years alone, so I am grateful for what I had.

What I mean is dude you sound awfully demanding when you post about women. Awfully demanding. And trust me, that is not something they will find attractive. Maybe 50 years ago? sure, a good strong bossy man was a turn on but not now it isn't.

You can't live one life with the expectations of a woman to want to live another. That GPU? that case? women want stuff like that too. And usually when you are in a relationship you can't have any of it. It's a sacrifice.

IMO there are just too many distractions now and everything can be had providing you have the cash. People can afford far too much. When I was a kid I had a B&W TV (black and white) in my bedroom and I felt like King Roth.

I have to say i 100% agree with this, as i am currently working on maybe building up a relationship with a woman who i still have to meet, im finding it hard to not expect to much for when we do meet up, which will happen, just a matter of good timing and feeling sure about it.

Woman can be difficult, but so can i, so yeah its a balance and it sometimes sucks so much that it all seems like you cant do anything right, i have on plenty of occassions swallowed my pride and admitted to my faults, and thats why we still growing and appreciating eachothers company more and more and this, after 14 years of being single feels like a proper attempt at a good relationship if we really like eachother after meeting up, which, yeah you never know how thats gonna go, but atleast, it feels right.

There are still so many unknowns and i want her to be the best person ever, but i know she isnt and thats totally cool imo, as i know, im not perfect either and she accepts that, it would be wrong of me to not accept it either.

I disagree with both of you. I hate the notion this society has brought up that a man must sacrifice everything and doing everything in their power to make a women happy while "sacrificing" their own happiness.
All so we can get it in. That's dumb, ignorant, and pathetic I think. I shouldn't have to feel like crap and deal with the modern women just to get it in. That's not love.

I feel lucky that my women doesn't do that. I set the rules from day one. I will treat you like an angel however I expect you to extend the same treatment. I am a person as much as you and I won't submit myself just to get it in. If you love and want to be with me then it shouldn't be a deal breaker.

I have done this 3 times. And the first two times the woman walked away. Thank God. That saved me time and money. Its a pretty good test I found. My friends have followed my advice and have had mostly success (at least better than not saying it). If a woman can't agree to let go of wearing the pants for the sake of the common power struggle in modern realtionships than leave them. Ain't worth it

So as a friend Dice, I suggest you try this with your next girl. Might save you some heartache. And definitely try to stay away from any woman from anywhere West of Texas. Closer to California you get the worse it is.. I mention this because of the online girl you were talking to from the US.

I understand your concern and frustration. But ill just say location, location, location. The men here in Norway are worse than women. Consider them as having viking attitudes. Or fire and forget. They don't care and brag on subway about who they nailed last night.

Think you need to realise that its the millenial generation in general, not gender specific. Luckily the women I have been out with have been fantastic. Polite, cheerful and keen to know me instead of hinting for compliments. I have been the one to break it off with them. Now I have a great woman, even enjoys sitting to watch me race around Pcars or is actually willing to give it a go and allow me to make fun of her

I can't do this relationship crap over the internet. I need to see the person. Then you can see if either of you are interested, or see when someone is talking BS. There is no tell tale signs over chat.

It is rare to find some one who wants to fully commit and go without a lot of things just for love. That's not any more ignorant or dumb or pathetic than the world we live in.

Try and remember I am twice your age. More than twice your age. I've lived in three different countries, the USA being one of them, and shagged half way across it. I've also been married twice, and have the intelligence and humility to make myself responsible for everything I did wrong instead of tackling it like a narcissist and simply blaming it all on the other person.

I have two cousins that are gay (males). One of them is married, to another guy. Another of my cousins is a lesbian, and in a solid relationship with another girl.

See, that is another "problem" these days. People have far more choice. It is not shunned any more (here more so that the USA) and gays are allowed to make their own choices. Heck, even men born feeling like women are allowed to do what they like now.

But yeah, I know this lovely young girl called Katie. Not going to use her real name of course. Any way I sold her a bike. Turns out she's about 16 and her dad is my age. Any way, Katie is gay and in a relationship with another girl her age and her parents are more than happy with it, as Katie is happy.

TBH? I see more gay people in solid, happy relationships and more gay marriage than heterosexual marriage these days.

I always joked with my mates and said "If men weren't so physically repulsive I would be gay" and tbh? not far off the mark.
