I wasn't being nasty, even if you thought I was.

One thing you learn is you never know what each day will bring, and humans will change their minds no matter how much you thought you knew them. And in this day and age that tiny little twinge can soon turn into something massive.

I disagree with both of you. I hate the notion this society has brought up that a man must sacrifice everything and doing everything in their power to make a women happy while "sacrificing" their own happiness.
All so we can get it in. That's dumb, ignorant, and pathetic I think. I shouldn't have to feel like crap and deal with the modern women just to get it in. That's not love.

I feel lucky that my women doesn't do that. I set the rules from day one. I will treat you like an angel however I expect you to extend the same treatment. I am a person as much as you and I won't submit myself just to get it in. If you love and want to be with me then it shouldn't be a deal breaker.

I have done this 3 times. And the first two times the woman walked away. Thank God. That saved me time and money. Its a pretty good test I found. My friends have followed my advice and have had mostly success (at least better than not saying it). If a woman can't agree to let go of wearing the pants for the sake of the common power struggle in modern realtionships than leave them. Ain't worth it

So as a friend Dice, I suggest you try this with your next girl. Might save you some heartache. And definitely try to stay away from any woman from anywhere West of Texas. Closer to California you get the worse it is.. I mention this because of the online girl you were talking to from the US.

Oh I agree, I was simply stating that a relationship is give and take, 50-50, And honestly when in a relationship computers don't even interest me, They work brilliantly for keeping me distracted though ^_^

As it happened the woman I was talking to was from California and an ex jehovah's witness, Pretty to look at but the more her boyfriend, Who I didn't know existed until recently, Told me about her the more disgusted I became, she was sooo arrogant though, Apparently EVERYONE would look at her in the street which I couldn't see as she was quite attractive but not stop in the street "OMG" type attractive, I'm glad it didn't work, If I didn't end up talking with her boyfriend I would have been up s*** creek without a paddle.

So Asus can go take a long walk off a short pier, won't be buying or recommending them to anyone as their warranty service (not that you can call it service) Sucks dead dogz ballz here in Australia. I been having issues with the Crosshair VI Hero board and i emailed them before Christmas about it, they answered with the usual blah did you do this crap and I said already done that before contact since then zero asked for an update on the warranty, a week later zip.
Also I've been having massive flickering in games and also Unigine Valley with Gsync on thought it was the GPU MSI no questions asked hardly swap it for another one, issues are still there they suggest faulty Gsync module, So I check my warranty status it's just expired but I had sent the monitor back to Asus 5 months previously.
So I rang them which you can't do BTW with MB and what do you think they told me?
You need to pay to send it back then pay for the technician to examine the monitor and if found faulty they will charge me for the privilege of fixing the POS!
So Au $1000 monitor s itself just out of warranty of just three years use, so I shall use the monitor like Iam now with Gsync disabled and the minute I can afford it I'm buying an Acer monitor or anyone elses rather that Asus.

So just like Gigabyte, Asus are now on my never to buy again list and luckily for me when I rang the etailer I bought the board from they asked what would you like and I said MSI Gaming M7 ACK and they said no problem as they too have issues with warranty from Asus and not with MSI so MSI all the way for me from now on

Yeah man not happy at all to put it mildly and I don't mind saying who the etailer is as they are fantastic, I just say etailer as overseas readers won't know who they are but it's PLE @ Heatherton they look after their customers so well.

I knew you were talking about PLE, I have ordered some stuff from them in the past and didn't have any issues.

When chasing the 4k dragon I used a Radeon on a G-Sync panel. It was horrendous. There was a green ghosting all around everything. Being green it almost looked deliberate.

God rid and just got a "normal" screen. It has Freesync but I never used it.

I knew you were talking about PLE, I have ordered some stuff from them in the past and didn't have any issues.

I mainly use 3 stores to order my stuff from.

To give you an idea of how good they are they didn't know me from a bar of soap it was my second order from them and I had an issue with a case so I sent it back for replacement and accidentally left my bluray burner in it so I gave them a quick call and said has the case got back to your supplier yet as I've left my burner in there and if you tell me how much the postage is I'll pay for it to be returned.
They said we found it and no worries we'll let you know and I never heard from them, anyway the following day I went out and when I came home there's a package sitting at my front door I open it and it's my burner they paid express shipping to get it back to me and never charged me a cent.
Now that is what I call service and as they planned no doubt I don't shop anywhere else unless they can't get it.

Aren't Acer pretty good? their predator is very popular and has far far, far less issues than ASUS.

I got the p348q swift and regret it. I hate this IPS overclocking to get 100hz. I miss my TN panel.

They look nice. However when you get them and touch them and look around? they just look cheap. Like all Acer stuff.

My 4k monitor looked awesome in pics. It was tacky and nasty IRL.

I would get AOC if they make something suitable. Their build quality far exceeds the price tbh.

I have heard MSI are going to be releasing a 27 Gsync monitor, maybe I should look into a Samsung variable sync instead I just don't know how good variable sync is as once you've had no tearing in game it's hard to go back

FML!!! I was having some crash problems with Elite Dangerous, so I thought I'd revert my BIOS to stock, just to eliminate the possibility that my Ryzen 1700 stopped playing nice with my ram at 3466. I have 2 RAID arrays. So I load optimized defaults and boot into Windows 10, but forgot to switch the SATA config from AHCI back to RAID. DOH! So I reboot again, get into BIOS, reset SATA to RAID, and now Win10 won't boot. It only boots in AHCI mode, even though I'm not booting from RAID here (OS is on m.2).

It WAS working fine, all disks show up in the RAID controller menu fine, the RAID driver hasn't gone away in device manager, etc. I think I just lost about 5TB worth of stuff. FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!

No chance you have a spare m.2 drive or some means of loading a new copy of Windows in RAID mode? If you haven't touched your RAID drives there's still a good chance all your data is still there.

What I don't get is that this USED to work fine, the RAID drivers were already loaded and running under W10. It's not like the raid driver was never installed.

It's just Windows being Windows. I remember the headaches I used to get trying to get Windows XP to install on AHCI as well. Not only that, I initially tried to use RAID mode on my motherboard and it was genuinely horrible, absolute nightmare. I now run in AHCI with Windows software RAID instead. If you haven't touched any of your RAID drives, don't. Your data is still there, just needs to get recognised

Well was just talking with a neighbour/training partner of mine, He just found out his fiance is cheating on him, As he has a 1 up due to her not knowing he's waiting until she's at work and moving out all her stuff to the pavement and changing the locks as the flat and all the utilities etc... are in his name, She'll get quite the shock later.

My GF has morals, same as her Mum and Sister, my Brother's GF, My Mum, My Nan etc.

It not all Western women, it's just how you are bought up IMO.
