I know it starts with being a bit exciting, less strict and a little warmer, next thing you know you can cook and your building unreliable cars. :D

JR

I can already cook and I have no idea how to build a car so I guess I'm a super Italian lol ^_^

Nooooooo! I think i'm going to stop before this goes into the extremely off topic and borderline racist zone.

(sorry Italians).

JR

Stop throwing around the word Racist dude, No racists on this forum at all unless you consider mac users a different race, I do :p

Cured ? dude that's racist !....... :p

Maybe they aren't a race then :o perhaps think of it as more of a condition? It certainly does change you though, but it's ok because now I have experienced a new level of hatred for Mac's.

If I post my sig in this thread any more Corsair are going to start paying me.... or filing a lawsuit for slander.

Just surprised myself being able to put together a build with an i3 4130, 4GB Kingston HyperX Fury, 1TB Caviar Blue, 20" 1080 BenQ LED monitor, and front and rear USB3 and all that for €370,-

Sisters always give you a challenge when they want a PC that'll last 5 years+ but for a maximum of €350 including a screen

Oh btw, €370 is around £300.
Oh so the webshop had the wrong code on their website for the case + PSU, so now I have a case without a PSU. Just got off the phone with them and apparently all they can do for me is offer a different PSU for a 'reduced price'. In other words; I still have to pay extra, even if it was a mistake on their end.

Alright, so now they're offering us a Corsair VS350 at half the price, €15. Not bad and at least it's a much better unit with bundles cables and zero RPM fan mode and all :)

Still a €15 that didn't need to be spent though. Kinda odd that my sister still has to pay for an ef up on their side.

Turns out both of the Star Wars The Force Unleashed games have an FPS cap at 30fps.

Are you fucking kidding me?

Sounds about right for Lucas arts! I've had problems with the games since the Knights of the old republic, I just can't seem to get back into them.

That retarded dev makes me want to smack him in the face with the back of my hand. What a moron, i have no idea how people like him ever managed to graduate from university.

They're ports from the "not giving a crap about pc" era. What do you expect? :P

A god damn fpsunlocker which doesn't require me to crack the game.

/edit
It appears that Star Wars games are doomed to be developed by incompetent morons. Just installed SW The Clone Wars: Republic Heroes and it crashes on launch. No fix. gg.

I managed to find a work around for both star wars force unleashed games but the animations go very weird and the game just seems very odd.

See a lot of the mocap stuff is recorded at a speed no greater than 30 fps so if they sped that up in the games it would just look kind of wrong.

I can see why they lock the frames down to 30 for technical reasons and as long as it stays at 30 and nice and smooth it shouldn't matter.

Yeah sure higher frames are nice and all but if the game was actually made in such a way that 30 fps is good for it then I personally don't see it being a problem.

Mate, i am used to butter smooth 250fps on a 144hz panel, suddenly i have 30fps. Whenever i turn the camera i can see at least 10 lines caused by screen tearing and the inputlag is abyssal.
The only reason for why the animations look like shit at any more than 30fps is that they made a terrible engine, because it also means that if your framerate is lower than 30fps the game actually runs slowed down. I am a rookie at programming and i know how to script an engine that splits frame rendering from other events.
