Just started at the gym yesterday, i cant move my upper body now. Legs tomorrow :sad:

Luckily it doesn't really kick in till the next day so at least i can walk home, just moving in bed is like stretching an old rubber band. The gym i go to has been closed for the past week though, gutted. I feel ripped after the pain goes away even though there is probably no visible difference :lol:

I've got none of that here and no decent pc shops nearby. Needed it done by tonight and it turns out the board needs a bios update as im just getting fans spinning/hard drive going as well as lights on the mobo but no display on either a 270x or 6850 :/ The only one of my friends who runs an amd cpu is busy and his dad doesnt have one either

You could try putting it in a freezer. The cold should make the paste brittle. After that try to detach it by twisting the cooler and cpu against each other. That is if you can get a tight grip on the cpu.

Cubot C9, was only £50 and is still useable for phonecalls but i am either going to buy another one and not break it or i will get a higher quality phone. Luckily i start my new job in a week so i should be able to afford a half decent one.
